Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

Whatever makes you comfortable. If you’re more comfortable in a coat and tie, something casual or clothing that reflects your heritage and culture, you won’t be alone.

Where do I go when I get there?

When you arrive, our Parking Team will help you locate a parking place. You will find greeters at our front East or West lobby doors who can direct you to the sanctuary, family ministry lobby and restrooms.

Do I need to sing during worship?

Singing is part of the way we worship God. However, not everyone feels comfortable singing in public, we get that. We believe that you can connect with God during this time with where He is leading you. Feel free to go the altar, sit in your seat and pray, or join us in singing. This is an opportunity to intimately connect with God.

Do you expect me to give?

No. We expect our guests to give to our offering only if they feel led to do so. Visitors should not feel any expectations to contribute to the ministries and mission of our church. Nor will they be thought of any differently if they choose to not participate in the offering. We believe that God has called all believers, especially active members of Steele Creek Church, to give a portion of their time and money to Him, as all that we have belongs to Him.

Can I listen to messages online?

Yes! You can watch our online services live on our watch page. They are also available for rewatching on our watch page and Youtube page. You can also listen to our sermons with on our podcast with Spotify or Apple Music.

How do I get involved?

Our first step to getting involved at Steele Creek Church is connection. Find out more by learning our Next Steps.

We do! Download Church Center from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and choose Steele Creek Church. You’ll have access to the most important ways to participate in church life, including the live stream of the service, past sermons, event registrations, giving, and more.
